As is always the case in a new business things are always changing. Some of the most exciting changes have been going on behind the scenes. The Chef has been tracking down suppliers, keeping them as local as possible. It's a delight to be able to say that all of our veg is now sourced from Rectory farm just up the road in Stanton st John, our meat all comes from either Bartlett's in Kidlington or Mr Finn's in Horton cum Studley. As for the fish well fish suppliers are few and far between these days, we decided to go for a well established small supplier based in the picturesque cotswold village of Fairford, New wave seafoods will be keeping us well stocked with some of the the finest fish caught off of U.K shores. |
